Question regarding upcoming 170HX service

The service says "PCIE, Power, Memory upgrade"

Can you elaborate on what this will provide for a 170hx?

I am guessing this will unlock PCIE 16x gen2...
but what is the power and memory upgrade? Is the memory upgrade anything more than the 64gb memory unlock via software?
 
Unlocking pcie via adding caps, and adding stability to the software unlocks by adding more power stages. also a refurbishment will be included for each card with new thermal pads/paste because most of these are mining cards that were strait up abused
 
What PCIE interface will be be able to unlock it to?

Hello,

x16 pcie gen 2 - but adding the caps and doing the unlock makes the power unstable, so i need to add more mosfets and program them. ive been really busy, promise im right around the corner for them.
