Order queue and leadtimes (as of Aug 15th)

Thanks to Wendell from Level1techs for his shout out, i have been inundated with orders over the last week completely allocating my inventory. I have already paid and placed an order from my factory in Shenzhen for more circuit board's though their delivery is going to be approximately the first week of Sept. I wont be able to go through current and new orders until I have those necessary parts in hand.

In the meantime I will be preparing the sent in cards cores and memory modules so that when we have the new circuit boards, we will be able to quickly go through orders and complete upgrades faster than normal due to the time taken to prep while we wait for the pcb's

Furthermore I planned a trip near the end of Sept. to go to Shenzhen to meet with my partners and huaqiang north electronic market in order to work on some idea's which I had for accessories to these gpu's. I will be taking approximately one month for this trip as a semi-vacation as well as time to work on new products in Shenzhen.

As of this post I will be able to take a dozen or so more orders with my current order queue to complete before my trip, but once you see the lead-times on the shop website switch to "30-45 business days" that was the cutoff and new orders will only begin to start again thereafter by Mid November.

4090 Orders have been closed for Sept-October, only 2-3 priority slots remain for expedited rush orders. Standard orders re-start in November

We have about half a dozen 4080s upgrades available.

We are currently working through our queue of 4090 upgrades/whole cards, as well as preparing for offering 170HX modding.

Currently we are waiting for parts (pcb's) to arrive any day now, and then i will get started on orders placed near the beginning of August. Thank you everyone for your patience

I have all the PCB's now and I'm cruising through orders, every customer will be getting an email within at least the next two weeks regarding the status of their order. Ive done about a dozen cards recently, with plans to work through the weekends.

The order queue of people who are placing their orders now with targets for mid-November is starting to fill up. perhaps a china trip was in poor timing and will cause a ripple effect of a long leadtime that may not go away instantly. Though I am starting to now order PCB's pre-prepared which will cut wait times significantly.

I have early November already filled up with orders, now we have slots mid-to-late November.

Roughly a couple dozen cards remain in queue that i am working through each day right now- I had an important YouTube personality come by and do filming early this week, and the build up to that (cleaning the workshop, prepping new work areas, and trying to be reserve energy for it) was time consuming.

Today i am shipping 3-4 4090's, and making 3 4080 supers, and preparing another batch of 4 4090's.

I have not booked my overseas trip tickets yet as to make sure i get everyone's order done before i have to go.

I am shipping 7 orders on Monday (tomorrow) and am completing 8 more cards by Wednesday. Everyone should be good to go, other than a few quick RMA's and then im taking a breather to create a better CRM pipeline to handle new orders starting november.

To all who are on the list for early Nov, I am delaying my trip to china right now to finish these current orders, so im either going to take a shorter trip to china, or early Nov orders will be delayed by 5-10 business days. Im leaning on the latter, simply to give myself time to reflect on the direction of the business and improve a few things like the webstore shop experience and backend ticket order handling.
