I am wondering about the focus on blower shrouds for modded cards, when there are multiple home made designs for very quiet 3-fan shrouds, even for 4090.
Blowers are just loud and that's hard/impossible to fix even with the best workarounds. Having a quality quiet 3-fan shroud would nearly complete the option set for cooling. (The last one is fan-less for server air cooling).
I'm not a big fan of adding water cooling to my system and don't have the means to put my box in a different room, but would certainly choose a 3-fan shroud, if one was available, and I'm OK with 3-slot sized shrouds.
